Confirmation that the PSA moulds are the original class legal design for the Laser/ILCA
This fact is confirmed in clause 5.3

Vanguard has no recollection of building an ILCA mould before they were acquired by Laser Performance in 2007, as described in clause 5.4

PSA is the only builder manufacturing Laser or ILCA class legal boats as defined in the 2019 Frand agreement, and our Hull Mould Manufacturing Master is exactly diagrammatically referenced in every ILCA legal agreement.

This is why PSA inquired with ILCA about the fact that the Builder's contract referenced the Hull Mould Manufacturing Master dimensions, and not the dimensions of the new ILCA moulds introduced in 2020.
